Electric Works

Here I discuss the financing of the Electric Works project. The Fort Wayne City Council passed a resolution supporting local government funding for this private commercial real estate development by a vote of 7-2. The total project is expected to cost $440 million in total, with $100 million expected from the City of Fort Wayne. I voted no along with councilman Paul Ensley.
