Tax Debate on the Fort Report

Making the case for legalizing chicken ownership in Fort Wayne.  While this change in the animal control ordinance failed (2-7), this isn’t the end of this discussion.   I believe the residents of Fort Wayne shouldn’t have less freedom than those in other cities like Indianapolis, Carmel, or Fishers.
